Mixed Media Artist

Green With Envy

This is a 4″x5″ mixed media painting on paper covered canvas. This painting is .5″ deep and is painted red on the sides.
This painting is $60 and is available HERE.

I think that I have always liked the idea of being different from everyone else. I have always had my own sense of style, more extreme as a teenager for sure but even now I like to be myself.

I have never wanted to be a sheep .

Unless, of course, that sheep had two different coloured eyes. I have always wanted to have two different coloured eyes. I think it looks so cool. Like a perfectly placed scar on clear skin, there is something about that kind of imperfection that makes me swoon. It requires no purchases, no hair cuts, make up or dye …

Maybe that is why I kinda like the gap I have in my front teeth. This world strives for perfection and teeth are an excellent example of how perfection is not always perfect. A good overbite (Nicholas Cage,) or stray eyetooth (George Harrison) can always drawn me in.

I’ve always wanted violet colored eyes myself…..or steely grey…although you’ve opened up intriguing possibilities with having two different colored eyes.

I wanted to say thank you so much for creating this beautiful piece! I absolutely love her!! She arrived in perfect condition and the parcel was like opening a gift. Sorry I’m late in letting you know, I was away on holidays and life was hectic.
